This counting is increasing continuously. The most dangerous thing is that scientists hadn't found the vaccine for this virus. There is no treatment available for this virus. Only the immunity of the patient can beat this virus as per doctors handling coronavirus test. Not only the health sector facing problem because of this virus, but most of the developed countries also facing the financial crisis due to this virus.
The Economy of most of the developed countries is being fallen continuously. It’s sad to say our hospitality industry is bleeding day by day. The pandemic has affected Tourism and hospitality to depth. Today I see on my professional network hundreds of resumes doing circles.
Where are we heading is the question?
It’s crucial period for all of us. There
was time when place and rent decides the profitability of the restaurant. Today
the bigger players’ also finding tough with the competition. Thanks to the Food
Business game changers like Zomato, Swiggy, Food panda & Uber who have
re-written the rules of Food Industry. The customer has changed over period of
time. They expect good quality and effectively priced food at door step. Today
even small joints are playing a bigger role. The delivery apps have taken away
the costly space required for a restaurant.
Today customers are very smart, they never
care about the hectic rents you will be paying. Sometimes we see they give cost
of the dish with just ingredients MRP. Comparison will always be there with
small and big joints. Let’s get back to our main topic.
Conclusion
So in future we will have multi-talented
staff working in all the departments. That will be a solution for some time.
Now in this Pandemic getting trust worthy staff is highly impossible. People
will disappear overnight without information, go on long leaves and with him
goes your months of training on your specific menu. This is really a nightmare
and impacts overall quality.

way restaurant also gets highlighted at the same time. The digital era is
changing were people are tend to go with seeing is believing concept.
Now we need to maintain our core teams and
food quality together. It may take some time to bring back the trust of our
customers. But current scenario staffs are in big problem. Were companies are
forced to lay off even key players. I still see on social media, staff has been
forced to resign, working for only basic Salaries, Salaries cut off. Remember hoteliers are a very different breed
from other workers. They work 365 days, no festivals and if its busy sure no
offs. Each and every person working in different sector will be enjoying weekends;
we hoteliers have busy working days.
It’s our duty to keep up the spirit going among
the staff. Still the question is what will be possible solution for Restaurant Business?
