Middle class would save money in banks and fixed deposits which gives you literally no returns but millionaire will invest more in business or stocks or mutual funds and keep doubling it. 

Middle class people think in life is all about safety,retirement and pension. While millionaire thinks that hard work is a think to enjoy and they want to work and enjoy all the time.

Middle class stop learning new things as they move out of college and seek jobs, never upgrade themselves what they are capable of but millionaires keep learning new things and keep themselves upto date with everything. 

Middle class always wait for time to enjoy but millionaires enjoy as they move along.

The middle class takes failures as setbacks while millionaires take failures as learning experiences and stepping stone to success. Middle class always work in comfort zone with daily routine were as millionaires keeps breaking their comfort zones and try to achieve more than expected. 

Middle class hates people with money and believe that rich can make money only by illegal means while millionaires love other millionaires and people conscious about money. 

Middle class takes care of things they buy like car, scooter and computer ETC while millionaires use the products they buy. 

Middle class doesn't dream big, even they demotivate their kids too while millionaires inspires others to dream big.
